Head-Content Marketing

Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as editor-in-chief while overseeing Altxen's B2B editorial calendar, and champion copy standards and voice & tone guidelines across the customer lifecycle.

  • Develop and execute an effective B2B content marketing strategy that powers lead generation through SEO, customer engagement, and sales demand from our key ICPs.

  • Take a deeply customer-centric approach to create compelling content for each of our segments and buyer personas while optimizing for SEO.

  • Build the strategy to grow and manage the Altxen community.

  • Establish Altxen as a thought leader, monitoring industry trends and leveraging product data insights to develop meaningful, relevant content for our audience and industry.

  • Manage a network of freelance writers to create a scalable content production process that balances quality and creativity with speed to market.

  • Create content KPIs tied to overall marketing goals and aligned with key business priorities, with an emphasis on testing and learning.

Strategic Account Executive

The Strategic Account Executive is a pure hunting role exclusively focused on driving net-new logos across Altxen's strategic verticals and target Fortune 500 accounts. Your past experience in a start-up Enterprise SaaS environment can be capitalized on and at Altxen, you'll be part of selling a meaningful product in a company culture that matches.

Responsibilities:

  • Learning and Adopting the Altxen Sales Methodology and Process

  • Quota Attainment

  • Qualifying and creating opportunities from inbound leads and marketing initiatives

  • Prospecting and identifying opportunities to acquire new business – this is a “hunter" role

  • Cold-calling key decision-makers to set appointments

  • Gathering data and actively listening to prospective and existing clients by using consultative sales methods to fully understand their business, uncover their problems, and identify impact areas

  • Thinking strategically to create and deliver complex, customized solutions that provide value to clientsʼ bottom line

  • Becoming an Industry Expert with researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal training resources

  • Conducting tailored, web-based presentations over the phone to showcase Altxen solutions

  • Driving revenue by effectively addressing the client's business needs, offering appropriate value proposition solutions, creating urgency, and closing accounts over the phone

  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota

Financial Analyst

Altxen is looking for a driven financial analyst to join our growing team. Partnering with the Finance Manager, the analyst will create and maintain reporting, analysis, and forecasting, enabling the business to make informed financial decisions. This role offers great exposure and upward mobility with a scaling start-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with key business leaders to develop reporting that analyzes and measures operations with special attention to Postal's revenue, AR/AP, expenses, payroll, labor, marketplace inventory, and purchasing/procurement. 

  • Analyze and forecast sales and expenses determining key drivers, risk and opportunities, and deliver reporting to C-level executives. 

  • Review variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, researching reasons for variances and providing management with applicable analysis. 

  • Work with business managers to develop budgets/forecasts based on key drivers.

  • Determine levels of appropriate spend and investment for business units and ensure performance tracks to forecast.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reporting packages for senior management. 

  • Partner with the accounting team to ensure that month-end close processes for the revenue and expenses are completed accurately and timely.

Customer Success Manager

Altxen is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and insatiably curious professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager.  This is an incredible opportunity to join a nimble, fast paced startup and make a significant impact.  The CSM position is a critical part of our customer experience team and will be a key advocate for our customers, helping Altxen ensure we are consistently building a product that meets and exceeds their expectations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs & use cases to provide best in class guidance of how to optimize Altxen

  • Thinking strategically to create and deliver complex, customized solutions that provide value to clientsʼ bottom line.

  • Onboard new subscription customers so that they begin to see value in their investment of Altxen as quickly as possible. 

  • Partner with our Account Executive team to support our customers and retain revenue on a monthly and annualized basis.

  • Facilitate valuable Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to ensure they are consistently achieving their goals with Altxen

  • Advocate for customer needs, by listening to their use cases and deeply understanding why they need what they need.  Then partnering with the Altxen Product Team to meet these needs. 

  • Work with customers and Altxen marketing to identify case studies that resonate with a wide & diverse audience. 

  • Becoming an Industry Expert with researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal training resources.
